Matt Cook
Matt has served on the Board for seven years, including the last two years as an officer and member of the Executive Committee. Professionally, Matt is a Managing Partner at Mercer Advisors, and he brings extensive leadership, financial insight, and a long history of involvement in PYC programs.

Vice President
Caleb Overton
Caleb Overton, a Real Estate agent at Berkshire Hathaway, who will help expand donor engagement and build the resources needed to continue growing programs and improving
facilities. Caleb has served on the board for the last two years and has coached his kids at PYC for the last 9 years.

Treasurer
Tony Mancuso
Tony Mancuso has served on the Board for ten years, bringing extensive leadership and operational expertise. Professionally, Tony is the Chief Financial Officer for Mission Linen Supply, where he previously led major technology initiatives including the company’s initial SAP implementation.

Secretary
Cory Baker
Cory Baker is a new member of the Board and brings valuable legal insight and governance support. Professionally, he is an attorney with Price Postel & Parma, where he maintains a broad practice in business litigation, real estate, and employment law, advising clients on both dispute resolution and risk management. A graduate of UC Santa Barbara and Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, Cory offers a strategic, community-minded perspective and a strong commitment to the mission of PYC.

Adam Sharkey
Adam Sharkey has served on the Board for nine years, bringing creativity, sustainability, and a strong commitment to the community. Professionally, he has been part of Blackbird since 1999 and holds a B.A. from Pomona College and a Master’s in Architecture from the University of Oregon. A LEED Accredited professional since 2002, Adam values thoughtful design, indoor-outdoor connections, and approaches that strengthen both the built environment and the people it serves.

Erika Lilley
Erika Lilley has served on the Board for four years, bringing a deep passion for athletics, health, and youth development. Professionally, she has over 20 years of experience as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and serves as the full-time strength coach for the SBCC Baseball Team, with expertise in injury prevention and performance training. Erika is dedicated to helping young athletes reach their potential and to strengthening programs that support lifelong wellness and confidence.

Brogan Donahoe has served on the Board for one year, bringing expertise in branding, marketing, and creative strategy. Professionally, he leads Branding, Marketing, and Creative Direction for Yardi, where he helps shape storytelling and engagement for a global audience. Brogan is passionate about leveraging creativity and communication to strengthen community connections and support the mission and growth of PYC.
